We welcome Matt Jones to the superSTAR FITNESS BOOT CAMP Family! Matt is a highly dedicated, highly motivated fitness pro and will be working within our South Bay BOOT CAMPS assisting Boot Campers in taking their health and fitness to NEXT LEVEL!

With our Fitness Assessment & Graduation right around the corner (Friday) we want to once again Thank EVERYONE that participated in our SUMMER SESSION # 1 these past six weeks! You ALL stepped up and the RESULTS achieved have been stellar!

We know we'll see many of you back out on the beach for another fun filled and challenging six weeks of training in our Summer Session #2 ...... kicks off August 8th!
