The 12 Days of FITNESS - Holiday BOOT CAMP
Our 12 Days of Fitness - Mini-Beach Boot Camp starts December 20th and all are welcome! Everyone that attends can participate at his or her fitness level. We promise you that you'll have fun, train hard and get results! You just have to show up (rain or shine)!
Below is a list of activities we'll be doing throughout each training week during our Holiday Boot Camp. Each workout will be different but all will focus on total body fitness.
What you'll need:
* Running shoes/Cross trainers
* Dumbbells - 1 Set (Between 3-5 lbs. women / 5-10 lbs. men)
* Exercise mat ‘or’ Beach Size Towel
* Water
* Layered attire for the outdoors
* Weightlifting gloves (optional)
SSFBC is designed to safely and effectively transform and condition your entire body. Each day will include all aspects of physical fitness training to include:
* Dynamic and Static Stretching
* Running / Jogging / Walking
* Sand Drills - Increases Cardio output 30%-40% more!
* Military / Sport Type Exercise Drills
* P.R.E’s - Partner Resistance Exercises
* Team Exercise Drills, Games and Obstacle Courses
* Dumbbell, Tubing, Medicine Ball and Body Bar Exercises
* Core Training
* Agility and Balance Conditioning Drills
* Jumping Rope
* Yoga / Pilates Exercise
* Stair, Ramp, Steep Hill Cardio Work (Advanced Fit Levels)
* Plyometrics (Advanced Fit Levels)
